Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing a Yard Force product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Before returning your product, please contact our customer service department on our live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Most problems can be solved directly or may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You need to provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returned product is found faulty upon inspection. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
