2 Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung (ab Kaufdatum).
6 Monate gesetzliche Gewährleistung für Verschleiß- und Verbrauchsteile (z.B. Akkus und Schneidmesser) bei normalem und ordnungsgemäßem Gebrauch.
Die Gewährleistung / Garantie gilt nicht bei Schäden durch:
- Unfall oder unvorhergesehene Ereignisse (z. B. Blitz, Wasser, Feuer, etc.)
- unsachgemäße Benutzung oder Transport
- Missachtung der Sicherheits- und Wartungsvorschriften
- sonstige unsachgemäße Bearbeitung oder Veränderung
Nach Ablauf der Gewährleistungs-/Garantiezeit haben Sie ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, im Servicecenter Reparaturen kostenpflichtig durchführen zu lassen. Falls die Reparatur oder der Kostenvoranschlag für Sie nicht kostenfrei ist, werden Sie vorher verständigt. Die gesetzliche Gewährleistungspflicht des Übergebers wird durch diese Garantie nicht eingeschränkt. Die Garantiezeit kann nur verlängert werden, wenn dies eine gesetzliche Norm vorsieht. In den Ländern, in denen eine (zwingende) Garantie und/oder eine Ersatzteillagerhaltung und/oder eine Schadenersatzregelung gesetzlich vorgeschrieben sind, gelten die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Mindestbedingungen. Das Serviceunternehmen und der Verkäufer übernehmen bei Reparaturannahme keine Haftung für eventuell auf dem Produkt vom Kunden gespeicherte Daten.

La garantía no cubre los daños causados por:
- Accidentes o sucesos imprevistos (como por ejemplo, relámpagos, agua, incendios, etc.)
- Uso o transporte inadecuados.
- Incumplimiento de las instrucciones de mantenimiento y seguridad.
- Otras manipulaciones o modificaciones inadecuadas.
Después de que expire el periodo de garantía, tiene también la posibilidad de solicitar reparaciones al centro de servicio con un coste. Si la reparación o el presupuesto no son gratuitos para usted, se le informará previamente. La obligación de garantía legal del transferente no está limitada por esta garantía. El periodo de garantía solo podrá ampliarse si así lo requiere una norma legal. En los países en los que la ley estipule una garantía, un almacenamiento de piezas de repuesto y/o un sistema de compensación (obligatorios), se aplicarán las condiciones mínimas legales. La empresa de servicio y el vendedor no aceptarán ninguna responsabilidad por ningún dato o configuración que guarde el cliente en el producto.

Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń spowodowanych przez

Niewłaściwego użytkowania lub transportu.
Nieprzestrzegania instrukcji konserwacji i bezpieczeństwa.
Inne niewłaściwe użytkowanie lub modyfikacje.
Po wygaśnięciu okresu gwarancyjnego użytkownik ma również możliwość zażądania naprawy w centrum serwisowym za opłatą. Jeśli naprawa lub wycena nie jest dla użytkownika bezpłatna, zostanie on o tym poinformowany z wyprzedzeniem. Prawne zobowiązania gwarancyjne zbywającego nie są ograniczone niniejszą gwarancją. Okres gwarancji może zostać przedłużony tylko wtedy, gdy jest to wymagane przez prawo. W krajach, w których prawo przewiduje (obowiązkową) gwarancję, przechowywanie części zamiennych i/lub system odszkodowań, obowiązują ustawowe warunki minimalne. Firma serwisowa i sprzedawca nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za jakiekolwiek dane lub ustawienia przechowywane przez klienta w produkcie.
