Delivery & Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the day you place your order to notify us that you want to cancel and return your item to us. To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that we are happy to arrange the return carriage, but we do ask that you cover the cost of £12 per order for all products.

Living with the 400Ri
I purchased the above mower in June 2021 so it is going into its 3rd season. Have found it relatively easy to install and set up, also it does have features that a lot more expensive robotic mowers do not have.
It has cut our back lawns which are complicated by their layout and obstacles almost faultlessly since we have had it. It has on very few occasions got stuck mainly on returning for charging, when it’s returning the ultra sonic sensors are turned off so if something is in its way like an apple it can get stuck! This is a minor problem, one other thing to look out for it does not have an easy replaceable battery so would need to be replaced at service or if you are capable y diy. After the time we have had it it is still capable of running for almost 2 hrs before it needs to charge itself.

I received my Compact Robot this weekend after spending much time researching which robot to buy. It was a little trickier than your average lawnmower to set up, however, once it is in action it is so easy. I can relax and spend time looking after other areas in my garden rather than the lawn. I’m not sure what the cat thinks of it though!

I recently purchased a Compact 400Ri Robotic Lawnmower, I was surprised how easy the installation was. It would be nice to have a garage f some sort to keep it protected from the elements. The App is handy and it also helps keep cats off may lawn! All in all I would definitely recommend.
