To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Well worth paying a little more to get a quality product.
I have a petrol strimmer with a hedge cutter attachment, the yard force beats this hands down in ease of use, noise, weight, quality of cut &size of branches it can munch through.
I also had a cheaper battery trimmer that couldn’t properly cope with Hawthorne hedging this went in the bin.
I’ll certainly look at other yard force products as &when I need to replace my mower etc.
