You have 30 calendar days from the day you place your order to notify us that you want to cancel and return your item to us. To be eligible for a full refund including any delivery charges you incurred, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Please note that we are happy to arrange the return carriage, but we do ask that you cover the cost of £12 per order for all products.

Just adding to my review above that here I am in August 2023 and I’ve come back to add that I still love this lawn mower. So easy compared to a corded mower and I don’t regret buying it for one moment. I often mow a couple of times a week and it takes a fraction of the time it used to. Highly recommended.

I bought this combination and have only used twice so far but I am over the moon with the results. I wanted a very lightweight easy to handle cordless mower and that’s exactly what I got. Being cordless I am zipping round the garden in possibly a third of the time and definitely half the time. I am a person who doesn’t enjoy mowing the lawn but does it often as it’s easier when short. Now I don’t even mind getting out there and doing it.. I have it on the lowest cut and do not yet know how it will handle slightly longer grass on a higher cut but I wouldn’t want to be without this now. The strimmer is a bonus as again, no leads to worry about. Petrol mowers are just too heavy for me to handle so that was out of the question.
